How to Use

Getting Started

  1. Go to: collegescoutingservice.com
  2. Login using your registered Email and Password.
  3. Create your own Coach List under CSS → Coach List.
  4. Select coaches by checking the box (highlighted blue).
  5. Send emails independently to each coach – customized for them.

Recruiting Strategy

  • Email at least 200–500 coaches for better chances.
  • Email twice a month, increasing to once a week near graduation.
  • Include updates on performances, schedules, and achievements.
  • Target all schools in a conference to build leverage.
  • Add something personal about the coach, school, or area to show genuine interest.

Player Info Setup

  • Introduction: Name, Number, Position, Address, Contact Info, Team Info
  • Photo: Upload a clear uniform photo
  • Videos: Add YouTube links (under 1 minute, best highlights in first 15 seconds)
  • Schedules: Keep game schedules updated
  • Profile: Preview your site before sending to coaches
